CONTEST RULES

 

  1. All Employees and Volunteers of Great Plains Media, Participating Sponsors, or any other companies that may be involved with the contest; including family members and roommates, are not eligible to qualify or win.

 

  1. Prize winner(s) will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees associated with any awarded prize.

 

  1. Means of qualifying/winning a contest vary. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. See specific contest rules for more details.

 

  1. Contestants may only win one prize from each radio station, once during a 30-day period. Only one winner per household in a 30 day period is allowed.

 

  1. Depending on the prize, contestants may be required to be at least 21 years of age to participate.

 

  1. Photo identification is required when claiming prizes.

 

  1. The name that appears on the PRIZE FORM is the name that MUST appear on the photo ID. Someone else may pick up a prize if you are unable to come in Tuesday 1-3p or Thursday 3-5p. However, you must call ahead of time.

 

  1. Prizes must be picked up within 30 days or they shall be forfeited.

 

  1. Tickets to special events (concerts/movies/sporting events/special events etc.) must be claimed 3 days prior to the engagement or they shall be forfeited.

 

  1. By sharing your information, you agree to receive communications from Great Plains Media station KKSW and event sponsor.

 

  1. Qualifiers agree to release name, email, phone number and address to contest sponsor(s).

 

  1. Winners/qualifiers are non-transferable.

 

  1. Prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes may not be transferred.

 

  1. No purchase necessary.

 

  1. Prizes are awarded “as is” although substitutions and/or cancellations may occur. Should any portion of the prize(s) be cancelled for any reason. Great Plains Media and contest sponsors have no further obligation to the winner, and such prize(s) will be forfeited.

 

  1. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable venue, event, airline, hotel, etc. rules in connection with the prize(s).

 

 

  1. Great Plains Media has the right to use winner’s and/or qualifier’s voice, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

 

  1. Great Plains Media has the right to disqualify any individual from the contest at any time, for any reason.

 

  1. Great Plains Media has the right to end the promotion at any time and change the date of the event at any time and cancel or substitute any portion of the prize(s) at any time without further compensation to the winner(s) or guest(s).

 

  1. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them and they therefore understand and agree that neither Great Plains Media, KKSW nor the client sponsor, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of contest participation as well as acceptance and use of a prize.
